For all fans of open-world mafia or gangster games, Grand Theft Auto: Vice City is a must-play. It is a pretty old game released in 2002. All of the parts of the series are about different heroes but all of them are united by the main features: open world, you can go wherever you want by feet or vehicle, unlimited possibilities to steal cars and other vehicles, weapons, clothes, and so on or buy and upgrade them. Of course, you will also have to complete quests to walk through the main storyline.
